Thank You Tom, Alex & Jason for installing my new HVAC system. Exceptional knowledge and installation. Very pleasant to deal with and even tolerated my dogs.


I came home last night to no ac. My first thought was First Class Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They took my call after normal business hours and a tech called me within 15 minutes. He (Mike) was here promptly at 9am this morning for a quick and inexpensive fix. Shout out to my girl Janell Megee, Office Mgr. FYI to my Kent and New Castle County peeps, despite being based in Sussex, they work the whole state!


First Class saved our bacon again. We have a Sea Colony weekly rental that is booked solid for months in advance. When the AC died they got there early and fast on a Saturday. Sadly the salt air had essentially killed our old unit so a complete new system was needed. First Class got it priced, ordered and installed in just a couple of days! Now our guests will be comfortable all summer. Great people at First Class!


In the beginning of September(when the temps were in the 90’s)our central A/C died. We called and they sent a technician named Mike who found the problem and got it up and running at a reasonable price. Yesterday(9/21/16)our unit quit again and we called this morning and Mike came back and found the part needed to be replaced. In very short order the unit was once again humming along! Excellent service and we will be using this company again when the need comes along! Since the part was warrantied-there was N/C which is wonderful.


Recently our conditioning stopped working during a difficult & stressful period of time for us due to my wife just having back surgery. After an emergency call to your office your company truly performed in a “First Class” manner. Thanks to your knowledgeable and extremely caring technicians Gary and Buddy and the support from your office staff we received a “high level of priority service.” The attention that our air conditioning problem received was exceptional. We appreciate what you did for us and thank you so very much.


Just wanted to say thank you to Blake Hitch for his professionalism and outstanding customer service! I had never used First Class before and I needed a new hot water heater and thought I wanted to go to a tankless. I went thru the Home Depot website and they referred me to First Class. Blake came out last week to do a quote. He listened to what I wanted (or thought I wanted) and explained to me how a tankless really worked. He then discussed the other options I had. I made the decision that evening and a week later here he was with his helper and installed my new hot water heater. I had to do NOTHING! He ordered it, picked it up and delivered it to my home. Proceeded to remove the old one and installed the new one. Made sure All was working as it should, registered it and even processed the extended warranty. I literally had to do nothing!! Very unusual on the Eastern Shore to receive this quality customer service. Being in the customer service field I more than appreciated. First Class is lucky to have an employee of this caliber! Thank you again Blake!!
