First Class HVAC is proud to be a part of the Delaware Insurance Department’s Workplace Health and Safety Incentive Program for 10 years!

The Workplace Health and Safety Incentive Program aims to promote safe workplace environments throughout Delaware. To qualify for the program, employers must meet certain conditions like:

• implementing an effective health and safety program
• providing employee training geared towards health and safety
• identifying and eliminating potential workplace hazards
• providing three years of workplace injury reports to the Delaware Department of Insurance
